| Qualifications 2+ years operating a mill or lathe with HAAS of Fanuc controls Algebraic skills (High School level) Quality control requirements are fundamental Mechanical skillsets Ability to communicate Ability to think critically The ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances Lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance, twisting, bending See clearly in close proximity You should be proficient in: G-Code Machine Setups for Production Runs Blueprint Reading Machine Safety Inspections Troubleshooting CNC Machines High School / GED Shop Math Skills | Responsibilities Load and unload and adjust equipment and ensure machine is working properly Accurately measure, cut, or work on goods Ensure operation runtime and quality of product coming out of the machine is upheld Manufacture products with tight tolerances Read and interpret basic technical drawings Measure finished products for conformance |
