Job Summary:

2nd Shift

We are seeking entry level motivated 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operators to run manual and computer-controlled lathes and mills, producing precision components. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and mills, including loading/unloading workpieces and making necessary adjustments.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings, using calipers to verify part dimensions and ensure quality.
• Monitor machine operation, perform basic maintenance, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement and be willing to learn new skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers.
• Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills. Experience with Haas, Doosan, Lynx, and Hydmech saws, as well as manual lathes and mills, is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and strive for continual self-improvement.
