CNC Router Operator:

• Observe due dates on orders and cut accordingly based on cut times, sheets available

• Update status on Odoo as progressed; request any files that are missing or need work

• Inspect sheets prior to cutting, look for holes or tears in material, discoloration, uneven scrape, stains, glue spots, torn or missing PSA

• Test sheets for good bond

• Toolpath jobs in EnRoute software as needed

• Save correctly toolpathed files; keep file system clean and organized

• Clean dust and debris from router beds between cutting sheets

• Blow off dust and debris from linear rails on routers using air gun between cutting sheets

• Clean and maintain routers according to schedule and as needed

• Keep desk area neat and clean, clear dust from computers, monitors, network gear

• Keep router trays and toolboxes neat and clean

• Regularly check router for loose bolts, screws, wired connections

• Check dust collector bins and bags daily; empty as needed

• Clear dust collector filters daily

• Clear dust collector ducting according to schedule and as needed

• Check temperature and verify pressure in air compressor

• Check oil in air compressor; fill as needed

• Clear water from air lines, catches, and tank

• Leave clear notes for next shift as needed

• Experiment with tooling when possible, in order to get more efficient/cleaner results

• Keep scrap shelves organized; use scraps when cutting smaller jobs and as often as you can

• Remove unusable scrap from area and place in trash bin outside

• Keep work area clean; sweep up before end of shift

• Help blow off parts with air gun

• Other duties as requested by management
