CNC MACHINIST* (2nd SHIFT ONLY, Mon.-Fri. 2 PM - 10:30 PM)+ overtime, including Saturdays
Salary Range: $21.00 - $35.00* + $2.00 shift premium for 2nd shift.
*Pay and job title will depend on skill level and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Responsible for performing production and manufacturing operations to meet daily production requirements.
- \n
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and actively contributing to workplace safety initiatives. \n
- Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines using existing programs and tooling, from minor setup through full operation. \n
- Manufacture parts and tools using various materials, primarily aluminum and steel. \n
- Monitor machinery and inspect in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements. \n
- Make machine offsets and equipment adjustments as necessary. \n
- Work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment. \n
- Meet or exceed Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) supporting safety, compliance, Six Sigma quality, on-time delivery (OTD), and financial objectives. \n
- Provide backup support and assistance to other department personnel as needed. \n
- Perform basic daily machine maintenance and housekeeping as required. \n
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- \n
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience operating CNC lathe and mill machines. \n
- \nHigh school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience and/or formal technical training. \n
- Ability to comply with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment. \n
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and related documentation to ensure products meet required standards. \n
- Ability to edit and adjust existing CNC programs. \n
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills to identify production issues and implement effective solutions. \n
- Experience with quality inspection and metrology, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and visual inspection methods. \n
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, routings, and shop aids. \n
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills. \n
- \nEffective communication skills and basic computer literacy. \n
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while making timely decisions. \n
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis with consistency and accuracy. \n
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- Basic computer knowledge. \n
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, up to 20 hours per week as needed. \n
