About the Opportunity

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a reliable CNC Operator to support daily production operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on CNC experience who can operate machines, monitor part quality, and keep production running smoothly in a high-volume environment.

The CNC Operator will work closely with machinists and supervisors, focusing on running established programs, loading/unloading parts, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

What You’ll Do

● Operate CNC lathes and/or mills using existing programs

● Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

● Monitor machine performance and alert leads to issues

● Perform basic offsets and tool changes as instructed

● Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

● Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

● Maintain a clean and organized work area

● Support production goals through consistency and attention to detail

What You Bring

● 1–3+ years of CNC machine operation experience

● Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions

● Familiarity with precision measuring tools

● Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

● Willingness to learn and take direction from leads and machinists

● Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
