CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CNC programs
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications and tolerances
• Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate with maintenance or supervisors
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Experience working with tight tolerances
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ISO, quality, and safety standards preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
