Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilledCNCOperatorto join our team at Pulva Corporation. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with machining, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operateCNC milling machinesto produce parts to specifications.
• Read and interpretblueprints, drawings, and work ordersto determine machining requirements.
• Select and install correct tools, fixtures, andmachinesettings for optimal performance.
• Monitormachineoperations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minormachineissues.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as aCNC Operatoror in a similar machining role.
• Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience withprecision measuring tools(calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with Mastercam and G-code programmingis a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent;technical training or apprenticeshippreferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• 4 day a week schedule
• No nights or weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure tomachineshop environment (noise, metal shavings, lubricants).
• Requires wearingprotective gear(safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
