CNC Operator: West Bend, Wisconsin
Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking experienced individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting CNC Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer-controlled machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Load materials and set up machines for production runs.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Follow technical blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent CNC operating experience.
- Proven experience with precision machining and CNC programming preferred.
- Technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Pay for CNC Operator: $19-$20/hour, depending on experience.
