Key Responsibilities: Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam software. Set up, adjust, and operate CNC equipment, including mills and lathes, based on setup documentation and work instructions. Verify setups using precision tools and ensure accurate tool length offsets and fixturing. Diagnose machine malfunctions and collaborate with supervisors for resolution. Perform and document production, quality, and performance tests. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures. Perform preventative maintenance and daily machine shop tasks. Collaborate with engineering, management, and manufacturing teams for technical insights and process improvements. Continuously update knowledge through training and technical resources.Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 5+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam software. 5-10 years of precision machining experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment. Proficiency in operating and setting up 3 and 4-axis mills and lathes. Solid understanding of G and M codes, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
