Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Competitive salary based on experience Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Vision insurance Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360 Set up and operate the machines you program to ensure optimal performance and accuracy Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency Design and set up fixtures for new jobs, ensuring repeatability and precision Collaborate with production team to streamline workflow and reduce cycle times Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and tooling Apply creative problem‑solving and “outside‑the‑box” thinking to improve processes Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with lathe and mill‑turn programming is a strong plus Solid understanding of G‑code and CNC machine operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications 3+ years of CNC programming experience Proficiency in Mastercam and/or Fusion 360 Experience with 5‑axis milling operations High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
