These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential. CNC Machinist/Programmer Pay Rate: $30/hr. - $35/hr. Shift: 1st Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while meeting production goals and maintaining strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Write, edit, and optimize CNC machine programs using G & M code Perform machine setups independently Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently Calculate speeds, feeds, and tooling requirements to meet or exceed production standards Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use precision measuring instruments to ensure part accuracy and quality Inspect finished products to verify specifications are met Troubleshoot machining and setup issues as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production processes Perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred 35 years of CNC machining experience required Experience with CNC setup and operation Extrusion experience is a plus Strong understanding of G & M code programming Ability to use precision measurement tools accurately Strong math and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings High attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality required Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement Experience meeting production timelines and efficiency goals If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
