CNC Programmer Apply
Job Requirements1st shift opening. CNC mills and turning centers. The CNC programmer will setup, program, and, if needed, run CNC milling equipment to produce parts and components. Utilize GibbsCam, Solidworks design software. Setup and program CNC mills; Mazak VTC, Mazak HMC, WIA (Mazatrol and G-Code). Work with Engineering on fixture design and implementation. Experience in CNC mill programming and setups, 5+ years Mazatrol experience preferred. Expert GD&T and blueprint reading skills. Experience with the use of basic machine measurement tools to verify setups; micrometers, snap gages, bore gages. Long term position, good benefits. $32-$40/hour. Experience in the above areas of at least 5 years. Starting wage negotiable-somewhere in the $32-$40/hour range. Write programs in the language of a machine's controller and store programs on media, such as punch tapes, magnetic tapes, or disks. Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, printed circuit board pattern films, and design data to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates. Write instruction sheets and cutter lists for a machine's controller to guide setup and encode numerical control tapes.Other Experience and Qualifications: Experience in the above areas of at least 5 years.
