We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to transform drawings into programs using MasterCAM. This role involves working with SolidWorks for drawing interpretation, executing programming for lathes and mills, and assisting with machine setups. The position also encompasses continuous improvement initiatives as well as research and development/new product development efforts.

• Create programs in MasterCAM from SolidWorks drawings.
• Run programming for lathes and mills.
• Assist with machine setups.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support research and development/new product development projects.

• Proficiency in MasterCAM programming.
• SolidWorks knowledge for drawing interpretation.
• Experience with machine setup for lathes and mills.
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or CNC Programming.
• Prior experience with MasterCAM and SolidWorks.

This is an hourly position with flexible work hours, allowing you to work as much as you prefer, typically in 9-hour shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
