Experience :

• 5-Axis CNC: 1 year (Required)
• MasterCam: 1 year (Required)
• AS9100 : 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Maintains, operates and programs 3-Axis and 5-Axis machines simultaneously.

• Ensures programs are correct and ready for production runs.

• Proof programs for production runs. Read, write and adjust programs as needed.

• Calibrates tools in CNC machine.

• Uses Renishaw probe to inspect production parts while in the CNC machine.

• Creates First Article Inspection (FAI's) of production parts.

• Assists other operators as needed.

• Maintain housekeeping requirements within assigned area/s.

• Read, comprehend Job related documentation and detailed work instructions.

• Complete assigned tasks within production schedule timeline.

• High attention to detail and precision.

• Maintain a lean and organized work area as required for functional and safe work environment.
