Job Summary:

Join our team as a CNC Programmer where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual experienced in CNC programming and machining processes to ensure the production of high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and quality control standards.

  • Operate CNC machines including milling machines to fabricate parts with precision.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.

  • Conduct materials handling, including loading materials into machines and ensuring proper setup.

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes for efficiency.

  • Perform quality checks throughout the machining process to maintain high standards.

  • Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in CNC programming and operation.

  • Familiarity with CNC machinery, including milling machines.

  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.

  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials handling.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.
