CNC Programmer Sheet MetalApplications due by: July 20, 2026Pay Range DOE: $25.00 - $33.00 Per HourWork Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan must be 18 years of age to participate.Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer.Job DescriptionUnder minimal supervision, provide programs for CNC punch presses, CNC laser, and CNC press brakes to manufacture parts as required to meet production plans and quality standards. Concurrently working with engineering and planning/procurement departments to ensure efficient operations and on time completions.Essential FunctionsRead and interpret prints and solid models.Use Solid Works file packages to generate CNC code for punches and breaks from solid works models.Reduce setup and punching/bending times through process improvements.Manage, maintain, and deploy tooling when developing programs.Generate setup sheets.Provide feedback and input into process improvement within the department.Write programs for new products ensuring compliance with all quality policies, solid models, prints, specifications, regulations and instructions.Ensure input and output department files are completed in a timely manner.Recommend improvements to reduce production costs while maintaining high quality standards.Program, organize, log, update and maintain new and existing part files to the latest rev. level.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
