Shift: M-F 10-7P/12-9P, split shift - training on 10-7P then actual shift will be 12-9P

PERM: $90-94K

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• 2+ year's experience in a CNC Programming position
• Able to program with G-Code and M-Code
• CAD modeling software experience - they are using Siemens NX
• Familiarity with modern CNC controls such as Okuma OSP and Fanuc
• Understanding of cutting tool selection and geometry (end mills, drills, turning tools, specialty cutters)
• Able to diagnose machining and support continuous process improvement.

Additional Skills:

• Past experience working in the aerospace industry
• Experience with Siemens NX

Daily Responsibilities:

A client is looking for a CNC Programmer for a permanent position based in Stuart, FL. This employee will be responsible for translating blueprints into machine code to create finished products, which involves programming various CNC machines and fine-tuning their parameters to ensure parts meet exact specifications. Key responsibilities include analyzing technical drawings, developing and testing programs, and making necessary adjustments to machine settings for optimal accuracy.
