CNC Programmer – Setup Assists and trains operators in setup and how to run various operations; Interprets and communicates all manufacturing operations and work instructions for the area; Provides assistance in assessing worker job performance and may provide performance coaching and feedback; Assists in ensuring that all safety standards are met; Assists in ensuring that all productivity and efficiency standards are met; Reads and interprets drawings; performs assembly duties in the assigned areas as needed; Uses all assembly tools in the assigned area of responsibility and changes settings as required; Requirements Experience and abilities to program and setup Citizen L20; A20, A320, M32 & M432.
