Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Programmer to develop and maintain NC programs, optimize production processes, and ensure precision machining. This role involves process troubleshooting, training operators, and collaborating with teams to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC Swiss machines using CAM software (Partmaker/Mastercam).
• Create setup sheets, process plans, and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
• Conduct first part run-offs and support operator training.
• Perform time studies to provide accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct pre-production reviews and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Swiss programming experience.
• 5–10 years in a machine shop environment.
• Proficiency in CAM software, Microsoft Office; SolidWorks and Epicor preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Fanuc controls.
• U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College or trade school preferred.
