At least 5 years’ recent experience in a deployable position of similar status, to include recent working experience related to the provision of temporary infrastructure and related services. Proficiency in reading and writing Statement of Works, reports, technical documents and correspondence in English. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated and to organise work under stress and tight deadlines. Developed sense of human relations and ability to deal with personnel with tact and understanding. Good knowledge of information systems with experience in using personal computers and software packages including Microsoft Office. NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this consultancy is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and beginner knowledge of French is desirable. Post Details This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO. The post is a deployable ‘on need requirement’ and not a permanent position, neither can NSPA guarantee periods of employment throughout the contracted period.
