Schedule: Days | 36hr/wk

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
- Help patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by the nurse or therapist.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Ensure proper documentation of care provided and observations made.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
License and Certification:
- CERTS: MUST HAVE CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED COLORADO CERTIFICATION
- EXP: LTC Experience Required
- Min 4 years of experience
- BLS
