The LPN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from Skilled Nursing and Extended care. SHIFT: Nights, 12 hours - Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well. LOCATION: KREMMLING, COLORADO Shared housing available based on capacity for an inclusive rate reduction. No pets, no families/partners, no smoking/vaping
