Role Description This opportunity is for a Co‑Owner/Partner of the Extreme Simrental Mobile Franchise unit. This is not an employee position. It is a business partnership with shared ownership. The unit consists of a fully equipped mobile racing simulator trailer designed for corporate events, private clubs, luxury residences, yachts and brand activations. The partner will collaborate closely in operations, client relationships, business development and expansion strategy. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship building skills Experience in business, entrepreneurship or leadership roles Comfortable participating in events and client engagements in person Experience in sales, partnerships or strategic networking is a strong advantage Interest in motorsports, experiences or luxury lifestyle markets is a plus Ability to participate with an initial investment for 50 percent ownership of the unit Responsibilities Participate in onsite events across Florida and assist in client hosting Develop business relationships with clubs, companies, agencies and private clients Represent the brand in premium environments and networking circles Support planning, logistics and coordination of events Collaborate in decisions related to marketing, pricing and growth strategy Contribute to building a consistent and premium customer experience Location Base in Jacksonville, with full operation across Florida including Orlando, Tampa, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
