First Division Consulting is hiring an Analyst/Instructor to provide instruction and expertise in Combat Operations Center (COC) systems and serve as the Academics and Schedule Manager for MISTC 29 Palms. This role supports the operational readiness of Marine Corps personnel by delivering comprehensive training and managing the academic schedule.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Conduct training on COC systems, including operational and tactical applications.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials to align with Marine Corps standards.
• Manage the academic schedule to ensure effective training delivery.
• Support training exercises and evaluate trainee performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for academic planning and scheduling.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Expertise in COC systems and operations.
• Proven experience in military instruction and academic schedule management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
