Make collection calls: Contact customers with unpaid bills to arrange repayment schedules or extend payment deadlines. Apply payments: Process payments and reconcile accounts. Create reports: Generate reports using credit data to help inform decisions. Collect documentation: Gather documentation for disputes and unpaid statements. Maintain credit history files: Create and maintain credit history files for clients and account Experience Preferred of the Collections Analyst: Bachelors in related field 3+ years experience in collections Experience with Oracle is a plus
