In this role, you will be responsible for driving cash collection performance and reducing aged receivables across our North American Account-to-Cash (A2C) operations. You will lead a high-performing team of internal and outsourced resources, serving as a critical leader who balances strong financial discipline with a customer-centric approach. Here, you will "Climb Higher" by transforming collections into a strategic partnership that protects Iron Mountain’s liquidity while safeguarding our long-term customer relationships.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Lead Collections Excellence: Manage and develop a diverse team of internal employees and outsourced partners, establishing clear accountability for cash targets, dispute resolution, and aging metrics like Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).Drive Financial Performance & Strategy: Execute global Account-to-Cash (A2C) standards to ensure predictable working capital, while strictly adhering to Global Collections Policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance frameworks.Optimize Cross-Functional Quality: Partner with Sales, Billing, and Customer Operations to identify and eliminate the root causes of payment disputes, serving as the primary escalation point for complex enterprise customer issues.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:5–7 years of progressive experience in Collections, Billing, or Account-to-Cash functions within a multinational enterprise or Shared Services environment.Strong Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of cash flow, Accounts Receivable (AR), and working capital management, with proven experience managing Bad Debt Expense (BDE).Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar platforms, along with experience using Salesforce and advanced performance analytics dashboards.Leadership & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, resolve high-value AR backlogs, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and strategic customers.Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and rewards supporting your career, family, and wellness.A supportive environment where everyone’s voice is heard and individuality is celebrated.Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a digitalized, globalized future.Remote/Hybrid flexibility (dependent on role) to support a harmonious work-life balance.Call to ActionAre you ready to drive financial excellence for a global leader?
