Learn more at Scope of the Role The Collections Manager oversees the collections function within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for CooperCompanies' North America entities in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role ensures timely collection of outstanding receivables, dispute resolution, and compliance with company policies, while driving strategies to minimize DSO and bad debt exposure. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable, the Collections Manager leads a team of specialists and partners cross-functionally to optimize cash flow and enhance customer experience. Job Summary The Collections Manager is responsible for managing daily collections activities, monitoring aging reports, and implementing strategies to improve collection performance. This position enforces internal controls, supports audits, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GBS principles. Success requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and improve processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
