Expected annual earnings: $75,000 $100,000+
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates by inspecting and analyzing vehicle damage
Educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
Work closely with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams
Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process
Ensure all repairs meet established quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards
Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or Insurance Appraiser
Strong knowledge of damage analysis, including hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and hail/theft/vandalism claims
Proficiency with Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
I-CAR or other industry training preferred
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
High school diploma required
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
