In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their comfort at home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' heating and cooling needs.
  • Provide detailed recommendations for HVAC solutions and system upgrades.
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals and quotes to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; background in HVAC or relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
