Innovative Concrete, LLC is in search of an experienced and proactive Commercial Concrete Superintendent to join our growing team. In this senior role, you will take charge of overseeing all aspects of our commercial concrete projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly, safely, and within budget. Your strong leadership skills and deep understanding of concrete construction will be essential to guide our teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

As a Commercial Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects from inception to completion. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to foster collaboration among different teams and stakeholders will be key to driving the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Manage and supervise concrete crews and subcontractors, providing direction and support as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to report on progress and address issues.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during concrete operations promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment while managing project costs and budgets.
• Ensure proper documentation of project timelines, safety records, and operational logs.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and career development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial concrete practices, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to manage a dynamic job site environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
