Job Description:

• Manage and maintain project scope, schedule, quality and budgets
• Coordinate with procurement team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of material and equipment
• Identify scheduling and budget discrepancies and take corrective action as needed
• Coordinate with other trades as needed
• Maintain accurate project records
• Allocate, schedule and manage resources to ensure they are available as needed throughout project
• Work closely with project team to document and resolve issues and punch items in timely manner
• Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks to project plan
• Perform site visits as needed to observe progress and ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards
• Review field measurements and identify discrepancies in scope
• Serve as central point of contact between customer, team and field maintaining long term relationships
• Report project status to senior management as needed
