Berry & Clay Inc.  Anderson-Shiro ISD: $38M Elementary School & Driveway Project Salary & Compensation:$125,000 – $155,000 per yearAuto AllowanceFuel CardCompany Cell PhoneiPadBonuses:$40,000 for Completion of New ElementaryBenefits:14 Paid Vacation Day5 Sick DaysContract Type / Work Schedule:Full-time, salaried positionOccasional extended hours and SaturdaysTravel Requirements:Daily travel to and from the job site as neededLocation:Office in BCI-provided construction trailer located on-site at Anderson-Shiro ISDJob Requirements Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredSeveral years of project management experience in commercial construction preferred, especially K-12 or public worksTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencingAble to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project schedulesProficient in Procore, Fieldwire, Microsoft Project, or similar softwareKnowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standardsLeadership & Management:Able to manage subcontractors and self-perform crewsLead daily jobsite coordination and weekly progress meetingsMonitor labor productivity, deliveries, and materialsEnforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetingsCoordinate inspections, QA/QC, and punch listsCommunication & Organization:Clear communicator with clients, A/E teams, and internal staffAbility to manage construction schedules and budgetsStrong time management and adaptabilityCertifications:OSHA 10 HR Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)Valid Driver’s License requiredResponsibilities Include:Direct all on-site construction activitiesMaintain and update the master construction scheduleMaintain ASI & RFP log and pricing sheetsEnsure all work meets contract documents and quality standardsConduct pre-construction meetings and enforce safety proceduresCoordinate with internal departments and district stakeholdersGenerate weekly progress and field reportsResolve field conflicts and improve construction methods as needed
