We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction team managing a variety of commercial and industrial projects. If you enjoy juggling multiple job sites, solving problems in real time, and keeping everything on track from kickoff to closeout, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of several active projects—typically ranging from a few thousand dollars to mid six figures

• Plan and manage daily operations on each project, keeping everything moving on schedule and within budget

• Collaborate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors

• Visit sites, assess conditions, and lead pre-construction efforts

• Oversee project scopes, estimates, proposals, and subcontractor negotiations

• Monitor quality control, safety, compliance, and closeout documentation

• Help with estimating and proposal development using industry-standard tools like RS Means

• Pitch in on business development and client retention efforts when needed

• Travel locally between project sites, with occasional overnight trips

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 7 years of experience in the commercial or industrial construction space

• Background managing multiple active jobs at once—especially fixed-price work

• Hands-on knowledge of field operations, building systems, and construction methods

• Strong estimating skills and comfort working from plans and specs

• Solid communication and negotiation skills—both written and verbal

• Familiar with software like Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and Adobe tools

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus

• Willing and able to be on-site and travel as needed
