As our Commercial Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your Day-to-Day
As a leader on the construction site, you will:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for ground-up and renovation projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality and safety standards
Lead and mentor construction teams, subcontractors, and tradespeople
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Uphold company values of integrity, safety, and collaboration on every project

What You Bring
You are experienced, hands-on, and ready to lead. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5-10 years of proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in Procore, MS Office (Project), and strong organizational skills
OSHA 10 Certification and a deep understanding of construction safety protocols
