The Opportunity

Our client is one of the largest independent surveying practices outside of London, with a strong and well-established Property Management team.

The Property Management team is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager Property Graduate or Newley Qualified RICS based in Leeds to be involved all aspects of commercial property retail, offices and industrial across Yorkshire and the UK.

Working on one mixed portfolio but with a number of other smaller clients so a pleasant variety of work. Portfolios mainly based within daily travelling distance of Leeds.

Full APC support shall be provided where candidates are looking to achieve their RICS status.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary from 35,000 to 38,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
