The Commercial Finance Manager is a dynamic and significant member of the MJUS Finance team, playing a key cross-functional role as the primary business partner for the Sales and Marketing teams, and supporting the Commercial VP/GM. This role enables thoughtful business decisions through insightful analysis and manages the entire US financial planning process in accordance with local and global deliverables. The position reports to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual planning process including periodic reforecasts and multi-year strategic planning.
  • Provide month-end P&L updates, variance analysis, identification of emerging trends and risk and opportunities to forecast.
  • Drive performance and revenue growth through management of the company’s overall pricing strategy.
  • Identify all critical business opportunities, risks and initiatives and provide best practice financial analysis and insights to support decision making.
  • Oversee marketing spend, helping to drive efficiencies and transparency through periodic reviews and partnership with Marketing & Sales leaders
  • Partner with global finance team in roll out of new planning & reporting tool (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience
  • Spirits/Beverage Industry Experience is key
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
