We are hiring a motivated Commercial Glazing Sales Representative with experience in commercial glazing systems or related building materials. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and preparing competitive proposals for commercial glazing projects.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, knowledgeable in glazing products, and confident in managing projects from initial inquiry through final project completion.

Position Summary

The Commercial Glazing Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities, develop relationships with general contractors and architects, and prepare accurate estimates for storefront, curtain wall, and other glazing systems. This role works closely with project management and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new commercial glazing opportunities
  • Develop strong partnerships with contractors, architects, and building owners
  • Prepare detailed quotes, takeoffs, and proposals for glazing projects
  • Present product solutions tailored to technical project specifications
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Track sales pipeline activity, proposal status, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial glazing sales or building materials sales
  • Strong knowledge of glazing systems, storefront, curtain wall, and installation processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and client accounts simultaneously
  • Self-directed, organized, and goal-driven professional
