Commercial HVAC Estimator

A growing Cleveland-area HVAC and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Estimator to oversee commercial HVAC projects from estimating and bidding through project completion. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong HVAC/mechanical construction experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Prepare HVAC estimates, bids, budgets, and proposals Review project plans, specifications, and contracts Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules Prepare and manage change orders Attend project meetings and maintain client communication Support Field Superintendents and internal project teams Ensure safety compliance and maintain project documentation Qualifications HVAC and/or mechanical construction experience required Experience estimating and managing commercial HVAC projects Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical codes preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid Estimating software experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Vacation & 8 Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
