Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Specialist for an Insurance Agency in Cheektowaga, NY!

Hours: Full-time/Monday-Friday

Pay: up to $65k/year based on experience

• Increase productivity of Commercial Lines
• Place business with designated carriers

Job Duties

• Work with Sales VP – on new business, carrier concerns and dept issues
• Marketing – Work with Producers to market New Business with our carriers
• Work with Account Executives and Producers on remarketing certain accounts.
• Carrier Relationship – Maintain carrier relationship, meet with marketing reps, including attend live and virtual meetings
• Reporting – report market trends, successes and challenges with Leadership Team
• Maintain shared files with endorsements, forms, etc. for department
• Proposals – prepare and assist with proposals to present to customers
• Attend Department Meetings
• Participate in agency run functions

Education

• NY State PC or BR license or Personal Lines Insurance license

Experience

• Hands on insurance agency customer experience (if personal lines experience -willing to train in commercial)
• Excellent work ethic, documentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to help co-workers and customers
• Agency Management System experience, preferably AMS360
