Job Description

We are seeking a Small Business Account Manager to join a growing insurance team supporting commercial clients. This is a full-time, onsite role with potential for REMOTE flexibility after 6 months!


Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse book of small business accounts across multiple industries (construction, real estate, restaurants, healthcare, etc.)
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Ensure policies and coverages meet client needs and provide ongoing advisory support
  • Handle day-to-day client service including billing, policy changes, and coverage inquiries
  • Support sales team by preparing documentation and maintaining account accuracy
  • Take ownership of accounts post-bind and assist with renewal submissions


Qualifications:

  • P&C License (or willingness to obtain)
  • At least 3 years of commercial lines account management experience preferred
  • Experience with agency management systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
