Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines Producer is a client-facing role focused on driving new business growth and ensuring client retention within the Commercial lines Property and Casualty insurance sector. This position requires a blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer care. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the organization's growth and retention objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business applications for Commercial lines Property and Casualty insurance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to carriers.
- Respond to questions from prospects and customers regarding insurance coverage options, policy provisions, discounts, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve premium and retention targets for all selected lines of business.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization during internal and external events.
- Become proficient in using the Agency Management System to manage client information and support operational efficiency.
- Partner with Account Representatives and customer service personnel to consistently meet growth and service objectives.
- Assist clients with service needs, including policy changes, billing questions, claims inquiries, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:

- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care to all prospects and clients.
- Property and Casualty insurance experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the retail insurance industry with a proven record of sales success.
- Skilled in planning and executing marketing strategies with diligent follow-up.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, insurance licenses for both Property and Casualty and Life and Health within 90 days of joining the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects, clients, referral sources, and colleagues.
- Flexible work schedule, with availability for occasional evening and Saturday hours.
