Dallas | Hybrid Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity Compensation $235,000 – $375,000+ A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing businesses, financial institutions, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes. Ideal Background 3+ years of commercial litigation, business litigation, or complex civil litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts Experience handling contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, financial services litigation, or other complex commercial matters is preferred Experience managing large-scale discovery and e-discovery matters is a plus Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters while working directly with clients Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated national commercial litigation platform Exposure to complex, high‑stakes business disputes Significant client interaction and responsibility Opportunity for hands‑on litigation experience Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 100 environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
