Commercial Litigation Associate (4+ Years) | Mineola, NY

$175K–$325K + Bonus + Full Benefits

Our growing litigation group is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Mineola office. This is a great opportunity to work on high-level corporate and commercial disputes in both federal and state court, without the NYC commute.

You’ll get hands-on experience handling key aspects of cases, including depositions, motion practice, and witness prep, while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

What You’ll Do

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Appear in court and support active litigation matters

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience in federal and state courts
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases and working independently
