The Opportunity This firm represents clients in sophisticated commercial litigation matters across a range of industries. Associates work closely with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility and exposure at all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities Handle all phases of litigation, including: Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Managing discovery and depositions
Preparing for hearings, arbitrations, and trial
Work on complex commercial disputes, including: Contract and business disputes
Real estate and construction litigation
Other high‑value commercial matters
Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and client counseling
Qualifications 3–5 years of litigation experience
Experience with commercial or business litigation strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience with: Motions practice
Depositions
Discovery
Trial preparation
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to take ownership of matters and work in a team‑oriented environment
Admission to the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in)
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000, depending on experience
