What are they looking for?
They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, collaborating with experience attorneys to represent clients in complex disputes and litigation proceedings.
Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and analysis
Assisting with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Representing clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state of Texas
3+ Years of experience practicing commercial litigation
