Our partner is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist III, Large Group Fully Insured, based in Minnetonka, MN. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments on the development and deployment of Large Group Fully Insured products, performing product analysis, and supporting product performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage requests for changes and customizations related to product design
  • Partner with Underwriting, Actuary, Legal, and Regulatory teams during the product management lifecycle
  • Develop training materials for brokers and sales teams
  • Update and maintain product grids for Large Group Fully Insured products
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Contribute to product performance and growth goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Large Group Fully Insured market, claims, and benefits
  • Understanding of the customer experience and product performance lifecycle
  • Ability to support other product segments as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Independent and self-driven professional
