Duties & Requirements
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Estimate construction costs accurately and manage project budgets effectively
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in supervising construction teams and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
##Journeyman Carpenter
Duties & Requirements
- Interpret and follow architectural drawings and specifications
- Create project layouts and determine the dimensions and materials required
- Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or structures
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and work schedules
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials to ensure work complies with building codes and regulations
- Supervise apprentice carpenters or laborers
- Repair and install structures such as doors, windows, and cabinets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
