We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future.Transform the everyday with us!Summary of ResponsibilitiesCommercial Project Manager supports governance of all commercial aspects during the sales phase for the Solutions sub-segment closely collaborating with Application Engineering, Business Development, Contract Management and sub segment management. This position is located in the greater Raleigh NC area; however, remote work may be considered for qualified internal Siemens employees. Remote employees must be willing and able to travel up to 15%ResponsibilitiesCommercial Responsibility for Sales Phase - PM010 (Go/No-Go) to PM080 (Handover to Execution)Support with the preparation of Limits of Authority (LOA) documents, (e.g. PRR, PowerPoint, Cash Flow)Take on the role of LOA Coordinator for the Solutions sub-segmentPrepare and co-lead handover meetings with the emphasis on financial and commercial accuracyManage and contribute to ongoing optimization processes to streamline internal interfaces and optimize productivity (e.g. handover from Sales to Execution)Develop SieOps reporting for managing Offers KPIMonitor LOA KPI's through SieOpsSupport opportunity pipeline management of large customer programsSupport with pricing strategies to ensure compliance with sub-segment margin targetsEvaluate cross border tax implications by collaborating with Siemens internal tax experts through the use of tools like PATACSupport with Business Model determination for execution phase of a projectPrepare Order Recognition and Contract Analysis (ORCA) DocumentationGain a comprehensive understanding of configuration tools, Nxtools, COMPASS to understand how costing and pricing is developedRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceCommercial and Financial background, specifically as a Commercial Project Manager in Execution or similar fieldEffective communicator across organizational units and hierarchiesAbility to adjust to a fast-paced, high-growth environmentDemonstrated skills to work effectively in a team-oriented organizationAbility to efficiently identify issues and implement solutionsSelf-motivated with a well-structured work approachExperience with Change ManagementFamiliarity with various performance tools, such as Tableau, , SAPExperience in product-driven environmentAt least 5-7 years of experience in related fields with transferrable skillsBS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business ManagementAbout Siemens:We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
