Candidates local to Columbus are preferred.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project success.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.Prepare estimates and support budgeting processes as needed throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and smooth communication.Problem-solve independently and maintain accountability across teams and stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience managing commercial construction projects; experience with indoor sports facilities is a strong plus.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools.
