Position Overview:We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Northern California Locations. This position is primarily REMOTE with occasional visits to the project sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial projects ranging from $25k to $3M. We are looking for an experience Project Manager who has done many Grocery Store Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
• Creating submittals and change orders
• Create and manage project documents such as workflows, status reports, and presentations
• Manage all project stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• Monitor project progress and address project issues or variances
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Prepare and present project reviews to senior management
• Conduct periodic risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Manager Experience
• Experience working with Grocery Store projects
• Located in NoCal- Central CA(i.e. Concord/Bakersfield/Fresno)
